Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, facsimile, and email address;

A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act, under penalty of perjury, on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please note that the information provided in this legal notice may be forwarded to the person who posted the allegedly infringing content.

Please be aware that you may be liable for damages, including court costs and attorneys' fees, if you wrongfully claim that content uploaded by a user of the Platform infringes your copyright.
