Return Procedure

If you need to return an item that is defective or unsatisfactory, please get in touch with our customer service to submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item.

Customer service will reply within 24 hours with the return address and detailed steps for return.

Please pack the item and all accessories in their original packaging with proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.

After we receive the return, the quality control team will inspect it. After confirming that the item is undamaged and intact, the refund operation will be done as soon as possible.

Please note: Returns must have prior communication to be accepted.

Return Requirements

Merchandise must be in good condition, unwashed, unstained, undamaged, in pristine condition, and must not interfere with secondary sales. Merchandise tags must also be in original condition.

Please note that we do not accept returns on customized merchandise unless there is a quality issue.

Return and Exchange Fees

If the return or exchange is due to our mistake or the product itself is defective, you need to provide the unboxing video and product pictures; after verifying that there is no error, we will refund or resend the product; at this time, you do not need to bear the shipping costs. However, if the return or exchange is due to personal reasons, such as you don't like the color, quality of the product, order error, etc., you will need to bear the return shipping cost but not the related handling fee and product re-shelf fee.

Refund to Your Account

Refund will be returned to your original payment account; the refund time is usually within 1-2 business days; the exact arrival time depends on your payment method.

If you do not receive the refund after this period, please get in touch with us in time.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable when requesting a refund.

Order Cancellation Process

 If you cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order, we can process it for you immediately.

If more than 30 minutes have passed, the package has already been packed and cannot be retrieved. We do not support order cancelation at this time.

After an order has been canceled, we will refund the full amount to your original payment account within 1-2 business days.
